So many of us wonder if we are suppose to pop/squeeze pimples. The reason many of us do is because it's uncomfortable/painful or asthetically displeasing. Do you pop it? Do you leave it and wait for it to burst on it's own? Do you just treat it till it disolves? How do we avoid them?

Here are some of my ValSecrets;
1. When you have a pimple you never want to pop a pimple if it's still under the skin. If it's under the skin you should treat it with spot treatment medication.

2. To avoid pimples wash your face every morning and every night with a light scrub or a wash with moisterizer.

3. Don't SQUEEZE a pimple it causes scaring and infections. However you can POP a pimple with a sanitized needel and pop the head of the pimple lightly in and under the skin. Not directly in the middle. Then you can gentle squeeze out puss and immediately sanitize it with rubbing alcohol. Stop squeezing when there is no more puss left. You do not want to see blood come out. You have squeezed too hard at that point.

4. Treating the pimples you can use a natural oil called Seabuckthorn Seed Oil. Seabuckthorn Seed Oil is the oil most commonly used for all skin treatments. It is so fine and absorbent that it can be used as a moisturizer under foundation, giving a silky texture and sheen to the skin.
