In this blog I will provide some magical tools for your manifestation journey.
It begins with something very cliche and yet the most magical tool of all. self love.
Sounds easy right? wrong. self love is often times the hardest love to provide. Espeically as women we have been taught in many ways that we are the healers, the helpers, the ones that say thank you are so polite and take just what we can get. THings are changing though.Especialy with more rocking empowered girls such as ourselves :)
So self love
1. take time to meditate. I recommend listening to Gabrielle Bernstein's podcast for free on itunes.com and choose the one that speaks to you for that particular moment most. Really tune into your body how you are feeling. Notice any areas that are feeling heavier, any areas that feel tights. Be mindful accept all parts of yourself, be kind and send yourself healing loving positive thoughts "I am beautiful" "I am light.. I am glowing. This white light shines and pours over the universe. I heal myself and it radiates out" continue to meditate daily each morning and each evening in morning set intentions for your wonderful day. and in evening contemplate day and given thanks. gratitude from heart from the smallest things to bigger things.
2. Journal during the day keep your special lil notebook, with you- make it YOU! put pictures on it that inspire your happiness, that make you want to jump with joy. This will be your vision journal. in it you will write all that comes up for you in your meditations what is causing these"tight" spots in your mind and hence in your life. Accept all of it- no judegment the "tight" spots are there to help us grow and shine even more- its all part of the journey girl :) we just become mindful of them and heal them and let go what no longer serves us - (aka makes us a beautiful radiant shining goddess). so if it doesnt make us shine - we reframe it and work with it learn our lessons and then progress and shine even brighter with our new life lesson learned.
Its all a process :) Loving and accepting all of you and all you go through just makes the process more healing and less dramatic- healthier jucier :)
3. Look through your journal notice your patterns. Right down all the patterns you see... for example you tend to repeat negative thoughts about your parents. You hold pain towards them. You blame them whatever those patterns are that you notice that seem to be little downers. Accept them as you. Acknowledge them. And forgive yourself for feeling them and forgive whoever whether it be an ex, yourself, parents, friends. for it. And then reframe it so if the pattern was I tend to say negative things and blame others. You write I take responsibility for all and I accept and forgive others. In this way you are sending and healing yourself and others and releasing negative feelings- replacing them with juicy succulent empowering words <3 this will lead you to moving towards healthier choices, further healthier thoughts, and actions :) they are all linked
4. Use this new frame work. life is not perrfect and things will come up so as they do allow yourself to experience them and feel it. But once it becomes something you are dwelling on or cant let go, this is no longer experiencing it to learn from this is now dwelling and harboring all those yucky feelings. So be true to your experience and be aware that things will come up and its all good. Welcome them - they will teach you rocking lessons ;) to make you an even more rockin goddess ;) just be mindful and notice when you are just hanging on to them because maybe you are use to it or in some way you think it will make you feel better to be angry at someone to hold a grudge. And just check in accept it and release. Close your eyes wherever you are two seconds and send white light all over your from heart to the person or thought that is stuck there that doesnt serve you, send love from in to out. I accept myself and others. I love myself and others. Use this frame. Set daily intentions. Forgive, Use gratitude.
5. Lastly, Go out there and live life to the fullest, check in deep deep inside know what you want know you deserve it all. Create vision in your mind, use vision boards to inspire your vision coming to life and be open to life, increase your intutiition by listening to your deepest core desires. By loving yourself in this way you will attract the qualities in peoople you want. So if you want that amazing man check in with yourself. Write down all the ways YOU WANT TO FEEL with this man, envision it in meditation and write them all down then look at if you are all these things. Work on self love and through this self love you will radiate strong and attract the one for you;)
