When life becomes over the top, which in this day and age is quite often.
Between school work, work work, relationships, PMS, self image issues, money, and the daily stress that comes our way, almost everyday. How do we cope ?
Remember that your life no matter what situations arise, is your life...
Take a deep breath, love yourself even if you feel no one else does and take a bubble bath. simple.

Remember when you where much younger, a kid, 8 or 9, you filled the tub, and all you did was play in bubbles... There were no worries, no deadlines, no decisions to make... everyone needs a bubble bath... time to time..
