Here are some tricks I learned, and they work!!

1. Vinegar naturally helps to remove fat from the body. Try eating it in your salad or drink some in a glass of water daily.
2. Vinegar kills weeds in your garden. But be careful not to spray it on your grass or it will kill that too!
3. Add a little bit of vinegar to your pet's drinking bowl to add shine to his coat.
4. Vinegar soothes a sore throat and also an upset stomach. Gargle then drink.
5. When you hard boil eggs, you can add a little vinegar to prevent the eggs from cracking.

Indeed...vinegar is amazing! You can clean the whole house with it, and can also be a disinfectant if you get a cut and have no alchool in the house. You can soak your achy feet in a basin full of water and vinegar, rub your legs with vinegar if you have cramps. Vinegar is good for many many things, but be careful when using it. Inhaling too much vinegar can cause irritation in your nostrils, chest (lungs). Apple cider vinegar is a bit milder and a better choice for certain things. Take a tablespoon of this before you eat for acid reflux. Also good for cooking! Baking soda is another amazing product that has many uses....check it out!

Add add a little bit of white vinegar to your water before you mop the tile floor too...makes it very shiny!
