Getting married doesn't need to be expensive for the bridal party. Consider what they can really afford and what you really need. Set a budget per bridesmaid. You should also ask yourself some questions: Do they need to all wear expensive made to order gowns in hot pink? Do they all have to wear matching shoes, the same hair style, and gown? After you determine the answers you can start looking. If you don't need high-end and you don't mind the dresses being different you may want to consider offering the bridal party 2 to 3 options in different price ranges. I suggest looking at places with dresses on the rack. You should also look during sales. I was able to offer my bridal party a $75 option and a $35 option - no joke. They all ordered their gowns online. Ordering off the rack allows them to skip the measurement appointment. You can also help them save by letting them do their own hair, pay for them to have their hair/ nails done, not required them to all buy the same expensive pair of matching shoes, or expensive jewelry. Remember you need to buy the bridal party a gift. I made sure it exceeded what I knew they were spending. This made me feel good about their investment, because I knew they were getting a real keepsake. I bought them custom jewelry sets. Other great gifts could be their hair/ nails for the wedding or a spa day. IF you are on a really tight budget, you may want to offer a small inexpensive gift that symbolizes the day or your relationship.

Good luck
